The housing inventory in Oklahoma City is on the rise, providing more options for prospective buyers. In April 2025, there were 4,410 homes for sale, marking a 7% increase from the previous month. This uptick in listings indicates a shift towards a more balanced market, offering buyers greater selection and negotiating power.

Despite the increase in inventory, homes are spending more time on the market. The average days on market have extended to 37 days, up from 25 days the previous year. This change suggests that while demand remains, buyers are taking more time to make decisions, and sellers may need to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
